Infernal Castle When and Where It Spawns?

  • Spawn Time: The Infernal Castle portal opens every hour at XX:45 (e.g., 00:45, 01:45, 02:45, etc.).
  • Location: You’ll find the flaming, red portal at Solo Leveling Island—right in the main spawn area, near the Guild Tower/Shadow Upgrader.
  • Duration: The portal remains open for roughly 10 minutes. Once inside, you have up to 15 minutes (plus any bonus time) to progress as many floors as possible.

How the Floors Work

  • Solo-Only: You cannot bring friends in. Every run is personal, and it’s you vs. 100 floors of enemies.
  • Enemy Strength:
    • Floors 1–15 → A-rank mobs
    • Floors 16–29 → S-rank mobs
    • Floors 30+ → SS-rank mobs
  • Time Limit: Starts at 15 minutes; every time you clear a floor (killing all mobs), you gain +60 seconds. You must defeat all enemies quickly to climb further.
  • Boss Stages: Every 5 floors, you’ll face a stronger boss mob. Bosses always have higher rank (and HP) than regular floor enemies.

Rewards and Drops

  • Shadows (Units):
    • Mobs on floors 1–15 can drop A-rank (with chances for S).
    • Mobs on floors 16–29 can drop S-rank (possible SS).
    • Mobs on floors 30+ can drop SS-rank or potentially G-rank from the floor bosses.
    • G-rank sightings include some dungeon/raid bosses (e.g., Vermillion, Igris).
  • Powder Dust: Greatly buffed drop rates. You can get Common, Rare, or even Legendary Dust from destroying enemies.
    • Tip: Bring a looting-enchanted weapon (e.g., Looting 6 or Looting Aspect) for more Dust.
  • Money & Gems: Slightly better than regular dungeons, but not the main highlight.
  • Tickets: Each floor boss (every 5 floors) can drop a small amount of tickets.

Strategy & Tips

  1. Optimize DPS:
    • >1 QA or more recommended to clear at least 20+ floors quickly.
    • Higher damage helps you push deeper floors (especially 30+) for SS or G-rank Shadows.
  2. Use a “Loot” Weapon & Potion:
    • Looting 5/6 enchant plus a Drop Potion significantly boosts Dust drops.
    • Great if you specifically want to farm Powder Dust.
  3. Manage Time:
    • Fast kills matter most. Clearing floors quickly adds more bonus time, letting you attempt higher floors.
    • If you’re stuck on a floor, consider switching to your strongest DPS weapon instead of the “Loot” sword.
  4. Shadow Buffs & Rank:
    • Recent updates made Shadows stronger at higher player ranks.
    • G-rank players see big multipliers on Shadow damage, helping you clear floors faster.
    • Consider leveling your best Shadows or searching for better ones in the Castle itself.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can we do this event in a party?
A: Currently, no. Infernal Castle is a solo instance—no multiplayer carry possible.

Q: How do I get G-rank from this?
A: You must reach floors with SS-rank mobs (floor 30+) and arise or defeat the floor bosses. There’s a small chance to obtain G-rank Shadows from those bosses.

Q: Is it worth it for Dust Farming?
Yes! The Infernal Castle is arguably the best Dust farm now, especially if you bring “Looting” enchants and use a 2× Drop battlepass or potions.

Q: Do my Shadows help significantly?
A: Yes. A major update buffed Shadow damage. High-rank Shadows (SS, G) can speed up your kills drastically.

Wrap-Up

The Infernal Castle is a 100-floor solo challenge aimed at mid to endgame players who want:

  • Massive Dust Gains (especially with a looting sword).
  • A shot at G-rank Shadows from floors 30+.
  • A fresh challenge outside typical raids or standard dungeons.

If you can quickly dispatch each floor’s mobs, you’ll build up more bonus time and climb higher. The deeper you go, the stronger the loot—especially Shadows. Prepare your best gear, optimize your DPS, and don’t forget a looting sword if you’re after Dust. Good luck climbing those floors!
