This will change the dungeon enemies to low-health mobs like those in Leveling City, making them easy to clear even if your DPS is low!
Example: I used a Leveling City rune and got Igris as the boss — he only had around 1M HP!

Even if you face an easy boss like Igris, he can still drop the Legendary Leviathan Blade!
